The project, part of a broader initiative, includes plans for tourist cruises and yachts, transforming the area into a vibrant urban and tourism hub. Overseen by the Ministry of Transport, the port’s technical aspects will be managed to ensure smooth execution. Emirati investment firm ADQ’s commitment of $35 billion highlights the project’s strategic importance, with total investments expected to surpass $150 billion.
