Saudi company “Sinyomie Centers” is preparing to launch its new project “Jewel of Riyadh,” which will be one of the largest shopping centers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The center, scheduled to open in 2025, will cover an area equivalent to 70 football fields and is expected to create about 4,000 new job opportunities. This project aims to boost the local economy and make the kingdom a leading commercial hub in the region.
The project aims to focus on luxury and entertainment, with the center hosting 30 international brands not available in the kingdom, including Tesla. The company expects the project to cost more than 2.7 billion Saudi riyals, with expectations of generating returns exceeding 500 million riyals in the first two years of opening.
Additionally, the project aims to attract entertainment service providers from around the world, enhancing the kingdom’s status as a global shopping and entertainment destination. “Sinyomie Centers” adopts a multi-channel strategy to meet the challenges of the rising e-commerce market, integrating both online and traditional shopping experiences within the center. “Jewel of Riyadh” is expected to be an integral part of the kingdom’s preparations to host the 2030 World Expo, where the kingdom aims to attract one million tourists annually and secure foreign investments worth $100 billion.
